Policies & Customer Support

Processing & Shipping

Our team begins preparing your order as soon as it’s placed. Processing typically takes between 5 to 7 business days for ready-to-wear pieces and 4 to 6 weeks for made-to-order items. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for shipment, along with a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

All of our jewelry is shipped via FedEx Overnight service and is fully insured. Shipments arrive the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) and require a signature upon receipt. We currently offer insured FedEx Express International shipping to Canada for a $100 charge, plus customs duty and tax charged by the shipping company. If you have specific needs for date or delivery instructions, please contact the T. Anthony Jewelers team and we'll be happy to coordinate the details with you.

Please note the purchaser is responsible for any fees incurred if a package is returned to T. Anthony Jewelers due to multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts.

In-Person Pickup: Orders may also be picked up at our Kirkland showroom. To do an in-person pickup, simply indicate this preference during checkout.

Packaging: Each T. Anthony Jewelers piece comes packaged in a beautiful gift box—an elegant keepsake that will last forever, just like your jewelry. This gift box is further protected by an outer carton, carefully wrapped and securely placed within the shipping box to ensure safe delivery.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards for online sales. For in-studio purchases, we also accept cash, personal checks, and ACH/bank wire transfers, in addition to all major credit cards and debit cards.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your T. Anthony Jewelers purchase. Returns, exchanges, or store credit are available within 30 days of purchase for any non-custom jewelry. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@tanthonyjewelers.com.

To ensure the safe return of your jewelry, we will provide detailed packaging instructions and a return label with insurance coverage aligned to the item’s value.

All items sent for exchange will undergo an inspection. Accepted items will then be processed for exchange or store credit. Please note that merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or repair by an outside jeweler, or any form of damage, will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense. Jewelry and engagement rings must be returned in their original packaging, including all relevant certificates or documentation. T. Anthony Jewelers reserves the right to refuse an exchange or repair of any item that does not meet these requirements.

All custom jewelry purchases are final. This includes engraved or embossed products, custom or personalized pieces (such as initials, special lettering, or custom sizes), which cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit. Each product listing will indicate whether the item is returnable or a customized final sale. Any item with adjustments to size, color, or design that is unavailable for “as-is” purchase on our website is also considered a custom order and is final sale.

Manufacturing Defects

If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect upon receiving your order, please contact us at hello@tanthonyjewelers.com within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for your piece to be returned to us for inspection, and if appropriate, we may repair or replace your jewelry. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

T. Anthony Jewelers reserves the right to refuse replacement requests if we determine the item has been intentionally damaged or misused. In cases of confirmed manufacturing defects, a refund may also be approved.

To protect your jewelry and ensure a secure return, we will provide detailed packaging instructions and a return label with insurance coverage aligned to the item’s value.

Insurance

T. Anthony Jewelers is not responsible for the loss, chipping, or abrasion of any center stones. We highly recommend insuring your jewelry against potential damage or loss by adding it to your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance policy, or through a specialized jewelry insurer. Jewelers Mutual is a trusted option—click here for an instant quote and use jeweler code: 4261.
